I am Lior, a graduate student in chemistry at Princeton University in the group of Leslie Schoop. Check out our new preprint where we report three new superconductors in the PtPb3Bi structure type!
Before coming to Princeton, I spent a couple of years at UC Berkeley earning an M.S. in chemistry in 2025. Before that, I got an M.Sc. in theoretical chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where I studied the electronic structure of colloidal quantum dot molecules. Before my theoretical chemistry stint I worked on developing “Quantum Photoinitiators” based on semiconductor nanocrystals, as well as studying the surface-dependent photocatalytic activity of hybrid semiconductor-metal nanocrystals.
